【美芯晟：股东WI Harper Fund VII拟大宗交易减持不超2%股份】金融界2月19日消息，美芯晟公告称，股东WI HARPER FUND VII因自身需要，拟通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过 223.07万 股，即不超过公司总股本的 2%，减持期限为自本公告披露之日起 15 个交易日后的 3 个月内进行，且在任意连续 90 个自然日内合计减持股份的总数不得超过公司股份总数的 2%。减持价格按市场价格确定，若公司在减持计划实施期间发生派送红利、送红股、转增股本、增发新股或配股等股本变动股本除权、除息事项的，则减持股份数量及股份比例将作相应调整。
