周二公布的一项调查显示，由于信息和通信技术（ICT）行业前景看好，韩国3月份制造业信心四个月来首次回升至正水平。

　　韩国产业研究院的调查显示，3月份制造业景气展望专业调查指数（PSI）为101，比2月份的97有所上升。

　　PSI指数高于100意味着乐观人士多于悲观人士，低于100则意味着悲观人士多于乐观人士。

　　信息通信技术（ICT）领域的PSI为108，五个月来首次超过100。然而，3月份机械和材料行业的PSI分别为96和97，保持在阈值以下。

　　从行业来看，半导体行业的下个月展望指数为95，比前一个月上升了12点，显示行业的展望指数为115，比前一个月上升了30点。

　　汽车行业的展望指数为104，上升了4点，但造船行业的展望指数为93，下降了7点。
