智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)昨日重挫23%，今日再跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.24%，报2.53港元，成交额2.11亿港元。
消息面上，据香港财华网报道，近日有市场传闻称，鉴于中教控股近两年正处于集中还款的高峰期，其资本支出依然维持在较高水平，同时学校追求高质量发展以及提升硕士教育层次所带来的成本上升，公司管理层考虑暂停分红，但可能适时进行回购。
中教控股此前发布2024财年业绩，期内净利润同比跌70%至4.18亿元人民币，主要由于其在四川、陕西和澳洲的学校业务商誉及无形资产计提15.47亿元人民币的非现金减值损失。国信证券指出，资本开支阶段性走高系为满足《职业学校办学条件达标工程实施方案》中职业学校办学条件2025 年底考核要求，加大办学投入。全年现金分红比例约40%。
