智通财经APP获悉，2月19日，香港特区政府公布委任马时亨教授接替林建岳博士为香港贸易发展局主席，任期由2025年6月1日至2027年5月31日，为期两年。据悉，马教授现为富卫集团非执行主席，并担任特首顾问团成员，有丰富的公共服务经验。
对于有关任命，香港商务及经济发展局局长丘应桦说：“马时亨教授具备极之丰富的公共服务和营商经验，定能胜任贸发局主席一职。我有信心马教授将带领贸发局，全力协助企业应对多变环球贸易格局带来的挑战，积极拓展新市场和商机，进一步推进香港作为国际贸易中心的发展。”
丘应桦还表示：“我衷心感谢卸任主席林建岳博士在任内贡献良多，致力推广香港的优势和机遇，成果丰硕。在他的带领下，贸发局成功推广香港作为双向环球投资及商业枢纽，并协助企业把握国家双循环发展策略带来的庞大机遇，进一步开拓内地及海外商机，当中以在粤港澳大湾区和‘一带一路’倡议下的新兴市场的推广工作尤为出色。”
