智通财经APP讯，长城环亚控股(00583)发布公告，集团预期2024年度将取得未经审核股东应占综合亏损约8000万港元至8800万港元连同未经审核基本每股亏损约5.10港仙至5.64港仙，较截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审核股东应占综合盈利2.85亿港元及经审核基本每股盈利18.17港仙显著下跌约128%至131%，主要是由于：
香港银行同业拆息(HIBOR)利率维持高位导致集团按此计息的贷款于2024年度所产生的财务费用预期增加约5400万港元至6400万港元，较2023年度同期增加约19%至23%，而上述费用增加则由投资物业于2024年12月31日取得重估公平值收益增加约5400万港元至6200万港元部分抵销;及
预期集团于2024年度分占一家联营公司盈利由2023年度的4.26亿港元减少约3.66亿港元至3.74亿港元至约5200万港元至6000万港元，此乃由于该联营公司的重估公平值收益下跌及财务费用于2024年度增加所致。
