PROG Holdings' Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Provides 2025 Guidance

PROG Holdings (PRG) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.80 per diluted share, up from $0.72 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.77.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $623.3 million compared with $577.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $612.7 million.

For Q1, the company expects non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.80 to $0.85 on revenue of $665 million to $685 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted diluted per-share earnings of $0.99 on revenue of $682.2 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted diluted per share earnings of $3.10 to $3.50 on revenue of $2.52 billion to $2.59 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted diluted per-share earnings of $3.88 on revenue of $2.62 billion.

Shares of the company fell 8.6% in recent premarket activity.
