起亚 EV4 轿车的设计理念根植于“对立统一”（Opposites United）的设计哲学，在外观方面，前脸采用创新 EV 虎面（Innovative EV Tiger Face），通过垂直排列头灯，打造极具辨识度的前脸。
EV4 采用低矮的空气动力学引擎盖线条和独特的车顶扰流板，增添运动感和高级感，搭配 19 英寸机加工轮毂和两件式后扰流板（Two-Piece Rear Spoiler），以及简洁的雕塑感后保险杠。
