格隆汇2月20日丨卓能(集团)(00131.HK)公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止6个期月将录得亏损不多于4000万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止6个月("2023年期间")则录得溢利约3.13亿港元。
上述集团由2023年期间溢利转为2024年期间亏损，主要乃以下各项因素共同影响结果：(i)于2023年期间获税务当局就集团位于中华人民共和国深圳市物业项目退回非经常性一次性企业所得税约人民币3.29亿元(2024年期间：无)；(ii)主要由于银行贷款利息费用增加，集团于2024年期间财务成本较2023年期间有所增加；(iii)按公允价值计入损益金融资产公允价值由2023年期间亏损转为2024年期间溢利；及(iv)于2024年期间投资物业公允价值亏损较2023年期间有所减少。
