智通财经APP讯，卓能(集团)(00131)公布，预期该集团将于截至2024年12月31日止6个月取得亏损不多于4000万港元，而2023年同期溢利约3.13亿港元。
公告称，盈转亏主要乃以下各项因素共同影响的结果：(i)于2023年期间获税务当局就集团位于中华人民共和国深圳市的物业项目退回非经常性的一次性企业所得税约人民币3.29亿元(2024年期间：无);(ii)主要由于银行贷款的利息费用增加，集团于2024年期间的财务成本较2023年期间有所增加;(iii)按公允价值计入损益的金融资产公允价值由2023年期间的亏损转为2024年期间的溢利;及 (iv)于2024年期间的投资物业公允价值亏损较2023年期间有所减少。
