2024年12月31日止年度亏损主要是由于： (1) 集团的投资物业重估所产生的未变现重估亏绌较高。截至2024年12月31日止年度投资物业重估所产生的未变现重估亏绌约为港币5.4亿元，相对于2023年的重估亏绌为港币1.84亿元;(2) 彩星玩具集团的业绩相应影响集团业绩。承营运业绩最新情况公布所述，彩星玩具集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入及税前溢利预期分别约为港币9.31亿元及港币1.78亿元，相对于2023年12月31日止年度的收入及税前溢利分别约为港币11.9亿元及港币2.61亿元。
