其中，龙湖以总价10.57亿元，成交楼面价每平方米约20,473元，竞得奉贤区奉贤新城地皮，溢价率16.5%。该地皮占地面积23,459.6平方米，容积率2.2。
华润置地(01109.HK) 伙越秀地产(00123.HK) 斥50.9亿元夺得浦东杨思地皮，溢价率33.38%。
金茂(00817.HK) 伙庆隆联合以89.64亿元人民币(下同)夺得虹口区地皮，楼面价每平方米11.75万元，溢价率38.2%。
