智通财经APP讯，华夏文化科技(01566)发布公告，尽管公司股份暂停买卖，集团仍如常开展业务营运。具体而言，董事会欣然宣布，由集团授权及提供娱乐设施的室内主题游乐园Joypolis Sports Hong Kong已于2024年12月22日在启德体育园开始经营。
公司目前正成立独立董事委员会，由其三名独立非执行董事组成，以监督调查及内控审查。独立董事委员会一经成立，将立即聘请独立顾问进行调查及内控审查。公司预期将可于2025年2月底前成立独立董事委员会并聘请独立顾问。
此外，公司仍在制定及考虑其复牌计划。为符合复牌指引及上市规则的要求，公司将继续与其专业顾问合作，以推进复牌进度。公司股份继续停牌。
