新浪科技讯 2月19日晚间消息，今日，美团宣布将为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保，预计2025年二季度起实施。对此，美团核心本地商业CEO王莆中在公司内网发文称，“履行好社会责任，不必用竞争思维来思考。”

　　他表示，去年以来，美团就骑手缴纳养老保险等社保方案做了认真研究，选择了不同区域不同城市进行深入调研，并在有关部门的指导下形成了初步试点方案，目前正在搭建骑手社保相关的信息系统，预计2025年二季度开始实施，逐步为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保。

　　王莆中还提到，美团对骑手缴社保问题早有讨论筹备，多次向有关部门汇报方案。在其看来，是否被“抢跑”并不重要，骑手更好才重要。
