博雅互动发布公告，公司于2025年2月17日与MTT ESports Limited（MTT ESports）签署认购代币权证，公司将以418.07万枚泰达币（USDT）作为对价（根据本公告日前一日之泰达币市场价格，相当于总价值约418.07万美元），对 MTT ESports进行进一步投资（第二次投资），第二次投资完成后集团将获取MTT代币的发行总量的10%，即2.1亿枚的MTT代币。预期所获MTT代币将从2026年1月开始线性解锁，约48个月内解锁完毕。
连同集团于2024年9月17日与MTT ESports签订认购协议以100枚比特币（BTC）为对价向 MTT ESports进行的投资（第一次投资）加总计算，于第二次投资完成后，集团对 MTT ESports的投资总价值相当于约1000万美元。
