JCHX Mining Management (SHA:603979) entered into a 129.2-million-yuan contract with Hainan Mining (SHA:601969) for underground iron ore mining operations.
The contract covers mining activities, equipment maintenance and transportation at the Shilu Town site in China's Hainan province, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The contract is effective until Dec. 31.
Shares of the mining construction company were down less than 1% Thursday.
