Swiss travel-retail group Avolta said it won a 15-year contract at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport for an undisclosed sum, under which it will open nine new restaurants.
The company said late Wednesday that the contract win expands its presence at one of the busiest airports in North America.
The contract was awarded by JFK International Air Terminal, operator of the airport's terminal 4. It marks Avolta's first operations in that terminal, following four earlier deals Avolta won for other terminals at the airport.
