智通财经APP讯，环球数码创意(08271)发布公告，于2025年2月18日，公司的间接全资附属公司苏州环球数码运营管理作为承租方，向出租方吴中金服发出一份终止通知书以终止租赁框架协议，于2025年2月18日起生效。
公告称，技术服务中心的营运表现一直未能达致财务预期，高昂的经营成本下导致营运不可持续。终止租赁框架协议将消除与技术服务中心相关的持续高昂的营运开支，从而改善现金流并增强集团整体财务稳健程度。董事会认为终止租赁框架协议，长远而言将有助集团减轻财务负担，符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会认为，终止租赁框架协议将不会对集团业务造成重大不利影响。
