White Cliff Minerals Gives Northspan Explorations Contract for Drilling at Canadian Copper Project, Shares Up 5%

White Cliff Minerals (ASX:WCN) has awarded a contract for drilling to Northspan Explorations for its Rae Copper Project in Nunavut, Canada, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The maiden 4,000-meter drill campaign will target the Hulk sedimentary targets and the recently acquired Danvers project area, the filing added.

Geological mapping and sampling will be done along with drilling to extend surface mineralization and find new drill targets, focusing on the project's Danvers, Hulk, and Stark prospects, the filing said.

Company shares were up 5% in recent trade.
