通天酒业(00389.HK) 公布，集安雅罗酒庄及通天绿色的全部股权已分别于去年12月30日及26日转让予霜菲葡萄酒(未知转让)。于转让及未知转让前，通天商贸、集安雅罗酒庄均由富宝联全资持有。
集安雅罗酒庄主要从事制造及销售葡萄酒产品及加工葡萄汁，而通天绿色拥有葡萄园并主要从事葡萄种植。现任公司正评估未知转让对集团营运及财务状况的影响。现任董事会正寻求法律意见，以决定针对未知转让应采取何种法律行动。
公司股份已由去年9月2日起停牌，并将继续暂停直至另行通知为止。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
