Odaily星球日报讯 港股上市公司博雅互动发布自愿性公告，披露已与 MTT ESports Limited 签署认购代币权证，将以 4,180,749 枚泰达币（USDT）作为对价对 MTT ESports 进行进一步投资（第二次投资），第二次投资完成后博雅互动将获取 MTT 代币（“MTT 代币”）之发行总量的 10%，即 2.1 亿枚的 MTT 代币，预期所获 MTT 代币将从 2026 年 1 月开始线性解锁，约 48 个月内解锁完毕。第二次投资完成后，博雅互动对 MTT ESports 的投资总价值相当于约 1000 万美元。
