国华与达闼签署框架协议 共同开发人形机器人市场
2月18日，国华（00370）发布公告，宣布与达闼机器人有限公司于2025年2月14日签署了一项框架协议，计划在香港成立一家合资公司。根据协议，国华将持有合资公司51%的股份，达闼将持有49%的股份。合资公司的目标是开发人形机器人操作系统的民用产品市场，双方将利用各自的技术和资源进行合作。
在框架协议生效后两年内，国华将协助合资公司募集足够资金用于产品开发，同时达闼将其知识产权授权给合资公司。达闼承诺将在两年内将相关知识产权分批转移至合资公司，并且双方将共同推动合资公司的业绩目标。国华董事局认为，成立合资公司将有利于拓展人形机器人相关业务，增强公司的收入和盈利基础。
