苏新服务收购连云港港口维修51%股权 交易额2377万元
2月19日，苏新服务（02152）发布公告，宣布公司通过公开招标收购连云港港口维修工程有限公司51%股权。
最终投标价为2377万元，此交易在2025年2月19日达成，买方与卖方已签订协议。根据上市规则，由于此次收购事项适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此该交易构成须予披露的交易。
此次收购旨在拓展公司在江苏省市场的布局，整合目标公司在环卫保洁、绿化施工及市政维修领域的业务资源，从而增强公司的区域竞争力。根据目标公司截至2023年12月31日的审计数据，其利润总额为353万元，净利润为268万元，而截至2024年9月30日的未审计数据则显示利润总额为122万元，净利润为91万元。收购完成后，目标公司将成为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将并入公司的综合财务报表。
