智通财经APP讯，苏新服务(02152)发布公告，于2025年2月19日(交易时段后)，公司与卖方连云港港口集团有限公司订立该协议，据此，买方同意收购而卖方同意按最终投标价2376.6万元出售销售股权(连云港港口维修工程有限公司的51%股权)。
公告称，本次收购事项是公司全面拓展江苏省市场的重要一步。通过整合目标公司在环卫保洁、绿化施工及市政维修领域的业务资源，公司将进一步提升在城市服务及物业管理领域的市场布局，增强区域竞争力。此次收购将为公司逐步实现江苏省内业务扩张的战略目标提供有力支持，进一步巩固公司的行业地位，实现高质量发展，为股东创造更高的长期价值。
