智通财经APP获悉，国华(00370)大涨超35%，截至发稿，涨35.42%，报0.65港元，成交额246.41万港元。
消息面上，国华发布公告称，公司与人工智能独角兽公司达闼签订合作框架协议。拟在香港成立合资公司，并在人形机器人大脑的相关技术和产品方面展开合作。公司与达闼将分别持有合资公司的51%股权及49%股权。公告指出，框架协议项下拟进行的合作倘落实，于长远来看，将为集团带来令人满意的回报，并让集团可进一步加强其收入及盈利基础。
此外，董事局认为，订立框架协议有利于充份利用双方在不同领域的优势来共同拓展人形机器人相关业务。合资公司计划成立于香港，将更好地配合中国大陆与中国香港在创新产业的引领方向和产业政策，香港的独特优势也将为落实业务发展提供良好的机会。
