该研究探讨了急性自发性脑出血(sICH)中淋巴功能障碍的机制,发现淋巴系统在清除代谢废物和减轻继发性神经损伤方面起关键作用。研究通过使用沿血管周围空间弥散(DTI-ALPS)指数作为新的生物标志物,揭示了淋巴清除功能受损与出血性脑损伤、水肿及较差临床结果之间的关系。浙江大学闫申强团队的研究表明,sICH患者同侧的DTI-ALPS显著降低,而对侧无显著差异,这为理解sICH病理生理学提供了新视角,并可能为治疗提供潜在靶点。研究还指出,水通道蛋白4(AQP4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化在淋巴功能障碍中起重要作用。这些发现有助于进一步探索如何通过改善淋巴功能来减轻sICH患者的继发性脑损伤。
