Vimeo Q4 Earnings, Revenue Drop; Shares Fall After Hours

Vimeo (VMEO) reported Q4 net earnings late Wednesday of $0.01 per diluted share, down from $0.05 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.03.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 fell to $103.2 million from $105.5 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $100.6 million.

For Q1, the company said it expects revenue near $100 million.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $102.9 million.

For 2025, Vimeo said it expects revenue to grow in the low-single digits, with growth accelerating through the year.

The company's shares were down 12% in after-hours activity.
