智通财经APP讯，重庆钢铁股份(01053)发布公告，2024年12月30日，公司召开临时股东大会、A股类别股东大会及H股类别股东大会审议通过了《关于变更回购股份用途并注销暨减资的议案》。根据股份回购相关规定并结合公司实际情况，拟将公司回购专用证券账户中已回购的6683.85万股A股股份用途由“用于股权激励”变更为“用于注销以减少注册资本”。本次回购股份注销完成后，公司股份总数将发生变化，注册资本将由人民币89.19亿元变更为人民币88.52亿元。
公司已向上海证券交易所提交回购股份注销申请，本次回购股份注销事宜计划于2025年2月18日办理完成，本次回购股份注销手续符合法律法规相关要求。
本次回购股份注销完成后，公司总股本将减少6683.85万股，总股本由89.19亿股变更为88.52亿股。
