乐居财经李兰 2月18日，中电高光(837333.NQ)发布公告，公司因提供做市报价服务的做市商不足2家，公司股票自2025年2月19日起停牌。
据查，中电高光成立于2011年，2016年在新三板挂牌，公司下属企业ATGElectronics Corp. 在美国从事商业照明系统改造。中电高光同时也是集节能环保产品、新能源产品研发、销售，以及为节能系统集成项目提供解决方案的服务商。
2024年上半年，中电高光实现营业收入约2083.17万元，同比增长7.39%；归属于挂牌公司股东的净利润约-291.69万元。
拉长时间线来看，2019年-2023年，中电高光营收分别为1.22亿元、7335.12万元、5970.87万元、4445.95万元、3597.83万元，分别同比减少21.8%、39.68%、18.6%、25.54%、19.08%。
2024年12月24日，中电高光发布人士变动公告，选举林松为公司董事长，聘任NIYAXI为公司总经理。
林松出生于1968年11月15日，1986年9月至1990年7月毕业于天津商学院会计学专业（本科）。1999年12月至2009年8月任天津和平海湾电源集团有限公司副总经理兼财务总监；2009年9月至2024年2月任海澜德科技集团有限公司副总经理兼总会计师。
