纷美包装因公众持股比例低于15% 暂停股份买卖
2月19日，纷美包装（00468）发布公告，因景丰控股有限公司提出的自愿有条件全面现金要约，导致公司股份的公众持股比例降至约2.24%。根据公告，截止至2025年2月18日下午四时，有效接纳的股份数量为9.99亿股，占公司已发行股份的约70.96%。因此，景丰控股及其一致行动人士合共持有的股份数量达到至少13.76亿股，占公司已发行股份的约97.76%。
由于公众持股比例低于上市规则要求的15%，公司决定自2025年2月19日上午九时起暂停股份在联交所的买卖，并将维持暂停，直至公众持股量恢复至至少25%。
