消息面上，冠君产业信托公布2024年度全年业绩，物业收益净额为18.2亿港元，同比减少6.5%；可分派收入为9.58亿港元，同比减少14.6%；每基金单位分派0.1422港元，去年同期派0.1683港元。期内，集团旗下写字楼物业组合的续租租金继续下跌，并推低了租金收益。截至去年12月底，花园道三号写字楼出租率为82.6%，同比微降0.2个百分点，物业的租金收益减少7.4%至11.32亿港元。
