金吾财讯 | 据天眼查App显示，汉堡王（中国）投资有限公司近日发生工商变更，注册资本由约3.1亿美元增至约4.1亿美元，增幅达32%。该公司成立于2013年9月，法定代表人为ATAKAN BOZKURT，由BK (Hong Kong) Development Co.,Limited全资持股。
汉堡王（Burger King）母公司Restaurant Brands International(RBI)昨日晚间宣布，RBI一家子公司已以约1.58亿美元向当地特许经营商TFI Asia Holdings BV(TFI)及Pangaea Two Acquisition Holdings XXIII,Ltd(笛卡尔资本)收购汉堡王中国的股份，交易完成后已持有近100%汉堡王中国股权。RBI正物色新的本地合作伙伴来投资和运营该业务，即与全球各地经验丰富的本地餐饮运营商合作，同时保持以特许经营为主的商业模式。
