黑芝麻智能计划配售5365万股 融资约12.45亿元
2月19日，黑芝麻智能（02533）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订了配售协议，计划以每股23.2港元的价格配售5365万股新股份。此次配售的股份数量占已发行股份的约9.35%。假设配售股份成功配售，预计此次配售的总所得款项约为12.45亿元，净额为12.37亿元，配售股份的净发行价约为每股23.06港元。
配售价格较2025年2月18日的收市价每股26.3港元折让约11.79%，而与最后五个交易日的平均收市价每股23.19港元相比，略有溢价约0.04%。董事会认为，此次配售符合公司及其股东的整体利益，且无须经股东批准。配售事项的所得款项主要用于支持公司的核心技术研发、提升商品化能力、进行战略性投资以及一般营运资金。
