Guangzhou Guanggang Gases & Energy's (SHA:688548) wholly-owned subsidiary, Guanggang Gas (Hong Kong) signed a long-term helium procurement agreement with QatarEnergy LNG, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The contract, effective from September 2025 to December 2045, will gradually ramp up to an annual purchase of 100 million standard cubic feet of helium.
