英美资源集团（Anglo American）周二宣布已达成最终协议，将其镍业务以至多5亿美元的现金对价出售给MMG Limited（“MMG”）的全资子公司MMG Singapore Resources Pte． Ltd。

　　英美资源表示，其镍业务包括巴西的两个镍铁业务——Barro Alto和Codemin，以及两个高质量的绿地增长项目——Jacare和Morro Sem Bone。

　　双方商定的现金对价最高为5亿元，其中包括完成交易时的3.5亿元预付款；与价格挂钩的收益可能高达1亿美元；以及与开发项目的最终投资决定（FID）相关的5000万美元或有现金对价。
