智通财经APP获悉，电讯盈科(00008)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.35%，报4.8港元，成交额1.34亿港元。
消息面上，电讯盈科宣布，公司董事会会议将于2025年2月21日（星期五）举行，藉以（其中包括）批准公司及其附属公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩及考虑派发股息（如适用）。
此外，电讯盈科上月底公告称，拟斥资7000万港元向自家大股东兼集团主席李泽楷购入老牌财经报章《信报》业务。交易完成后，《信报》将成为电讯盈科间接全资附属公司。公司称，收购《信报》将扩大电讯盈科在该等领域的业务，通过加强现有新闻频道内容及优化电讯盈科集团各类媒体平台的体验以扩大广告及订阅收入，并利用电讯盈科集团的广泛资源以提高运营效率。
