尼康拟于2028财年推出新款浸没式ArF光刻机，与ASML主导生态兼容
IT之家 2 月 19 日消息，尼康在其 2025 财年第三财季（截至 2024 年 12 月 31 日）财报的演示文稿中透露，该企业正同合作伙伴一道开发一款兼容 ASML 主导的浸没式 ArF（IT之家注：也称 ArFi）光刻生态的新型光刻机产品，目标 2028 财年（2027 年 4 月~2028 年 3 月）推出。
在浸没式 ArF 光刻领域，ASML 目前凭借其成熟的 TWINSCAN 双工件台技术牢牢掌握着九成以上的光刻机市场份额。而该市场仅有的另一位参与者尼康目标是将占比提升到与干式 ArF 领域相当的更高水平。
尼康认为随着 DRAM 内存和逻辑半导体向三维发展，浸没式 ArF 光刻的需求也将提升。为从 ASML 手中夺下更多的 ArFi 订单，尼康计划使其正开发浸没式 ArF 光刻机与 ASML 的同类设备生态兼容，方便原计划采用 ASML 光刻机的用户迁移至尼康平台。
此外，尼康表示其新一代浸没式 ArF 光刻机将采用新的镜头和工件台，并具备尺寸紧凑、易于维护的优势。而再下一代产品的开发预计在 2030 年后启动。
