智通财经APP获悉，晋景新能(01783)午后涨近5%，高见7.69港元，逼近历史前高7.73港元。截至发稿，涨4.64%，报7.67港元，成交额2780.41万港元。
消息面上，据香港联交所2月13日披露的文件显示，Chun Yip International Investment Limited于2月11日再度增持，以每股均价6.57港元增持晋景新能38.1万股普通股股份，价值约250.32万港元。增持后，Chun Yip International Investment Limited最新持股数目为5.48亿股股份，持仓比例由40.20%升至40.22%。
此外，晋景新能去年年底与华友钴业附属Huayou Green Energy订立电池回收合作协议，据此，双方同意将基于欧洲现有31个服务点位，为终端客户提供一站式电池收集及处置服务；Huayou Green Energy将按照欧盟最新电池法，合规处置公司上述点位所收集的各类电池。据悉，本次合作协议为公司与浙江华友于2024年9月签署之谅解备忘录项下拟进行之电池回收及逆向物流业务合作的一部分。
