Winfull Group Holdings (HKG:0183) expects to book a 50% to 60% narrower loss attributable to owners for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with the attributable loss of HK$117 million logged for the same period in the preceding year, a Monday bourse filing said.
The property and trading company attributed the expected decrease to a reduction in the fair value loss of financial instruments and investment properties and a decrease in the write-down of properties held for trading.
