智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)发布公告，预期集团截至2024年12月31日止六个月的未经审核综合亏损与2023年同期亏损约4530万港元相比将减少不少于60%。
董事会认为有关减少乃由于截至2024年12月31日止六个月的下列事项的综合影响所致：由于对产品的需求减少，导致收益减少至约2980万港元，并导致毛利减少至约640万港元;行政及营运开支减少至约1820万港元;投资物业公允值收益约130万港元;生物资产公允值变动减去出售成本产生的亏损减少至约280万港元;融资成本减少至约300万港元;所得税抵免减少至约110万港元。
