智通财经APP讯，怡俊集团控股(02442)公布截至2024年12月31日止6个月中期业绩，收益约为1.83亿港元，同比增长3.53%;净利为223.5万港元，同比减少90.94%;每股基本盈利约为0.55港仙。
公告称，收益增长主要是受到若干大规模公营项目、一个涉及香港机场客运大楼的公共基建及设施项目、一个涉及启德体育园的公共基建及设施项目以及油麻地西的特快路线所带来的收益，导致本期间来自公营项目的收益增加。
溢利减少主要由于服务成本增加及毛利率减少;及与相应期间相比，本期间的贸易应收款项的整体账龄较长及就与应收保证金增加有关的合约资产确认减值亏损，导致本期间的减值亏损，扣除拨回增加所致。
