智通财经APP讯，中国人寿(02628)公布，公司、首景投资及财信人寿(各方均作为有限合伙人)拟与国寿置业及北京朗佳(各方均作为普通合伙人)及创弛企业管理(作为特殊有限合伙人)订立合伙协议，借以成立合伙企业。合伙企业全体合伙人认缴出资总额为人民币52.37亿元，其中，该公司认缴出资额为人民币35亿元。国寿资本将作为合伙企业的管理人。
公告称，合伙企业的投资符合《保险资金投资股权暂行办法》和《私募投资基金登记备案办法》等适用的法律、法规和规章的规定，亦符合国家政策导向。合伙企业的投资聚焦于基础设施公募REITs，有助于存量资产和新增投资的良性循环，促进基础设施行业健康发展，是服务实体经济的重要实践。同时，基础设施公募REITs具备股+债属性，有助于提升保险资金组合收益。国寿资本作为管理人具备专业能力与丰富经验，已投资的REITs组合业绩良好，领先市场基准。本次交易是公司以国家战略为契机，与合作方强强联合开展基础设施公募REITs领域的投资，通过设立合伙企业的形式，以期共同获取收益。
