知行汽车科技完成1119万股配售
2月17日，知行汽车科技（01274）发布公告，宣布完成配售事项，涉及合共1119万股配售股份，约占配发及发行后H股的5.15%及已发行股份总数的4.63%。此次配售价格为每股20.88港元，配售事项的所得款项净额约为2.28亿元，主要用于研发、提升设施及扩展海外销售网络等。
所得款项的60%将用于高阶智驾及相关产品的研发，10%用于提升研发及生产设施的资本开支，5%用于扩展海外销售及服务网络，25%则用于运营资金及一般公司用途。此次配售将为公司的持续发展提供资金支持，特别是在AI技术及自动驾驶领域的进一步投资。
