金吾财讯 | 希慎兴业(00014)绩后走强，截至发稿，涨3.82%，报12.5港元，成交额2474万港元。消息面上，希慎兴业公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩。期内，公司拥有人应占溢利3500万元(港元，下同)，去年同期为亏损8.72亿元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利3港仙，去年同期为亏损85港仙。拟派发第二次中期股息为每股81港仙。期内，集团营业额34.09亿元，同比增长6.20%。星展日前发研报指，随著组合扩充及翻新工程完成，希慎租金收入将有所改善。利园翻新工程全面完成后，希慎的豪华零售物业组合将有超过10个翻新及扩建的品牌旗舰店，所占面积较之前增加40%。该行表示，希慎于2021年收购的上海利园租金贡献持续增长，写字楼预租承诺率增至约80%。加上利园八期预定于2026财政年度第二季落成后的新租金贡献，即使计及其香港写字楼组合的持续负租金回报，希慎的租金收入于未来数年仍将上升。
