中粮包装(00906.HK) 公布，由于预期撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，公司已就于不迟于2024年3月31日前刊发其截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩初步公告，而向联交所申请豁免遵守上市规则第13.49(1)条项下的规定。
公告指，鉴于豁免将不会损害余下少数股东的权利，乃由于彼等将须按强制收购项下的强制收购代价提呈彼等的华瑞要约股份；股东于该公司的财务状况中并无拥有重大公众利益，乃鉴于华瑞要约于今年1月22日截止时，余下少数股东仅持有1,564.91万股股份，占公司已发行股本总额约1.41%；以及股份已自今年2月6日起于联交所停牌，直至股份于联交所撤销上市地位，该公司已申请豁免，理由为公司为遵守上市规则第13.49(1)条项下的规定，而花费大量精力并不合理。
