智通财经APP讯，吉利汽车(00175)发布公告，本公司已获悉浙江吉利控股集团有限公司(吉利控股)与雷诺S.A.S.(雷诺)，雷诺S.A.的全资附属公司，一家股份在巴黎泛欧证券交易所上市的有限责任公司(股票代码：RNO.PA)，于2025年2月17日签署了一份框架协议(框架协议)，根据该协议，双方将通过Renault do Brasil(雷诺巴西)扩大其在零排放和低排放车辆开发和生产方面的战略合作，条件是根据框架协议的条款。吉利控股将投资并成为雷诺巴西的少数股东，以获得本地化生产、服务网路和管道资源(建议交易)。
于本公布日期，本公司谨此澄清，其并非该建议交易的订约方，且就该建议交易而言并无与吉利控股合作或向吉利控股提供融资。鉴于与雷诺合作的潜在协同效应以及拉丁美洲市场的巨大潜力，本集团正积极探索不同选项(包括但不限于成为合资协议和业务合作协议的缔约方)参与该建议交易。倘该建议交易落实，在遵照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(上市规则)，且为考虑本公司及其股东的整体利益，本公司将于必要时另行刊发公布，以保持市场知情。
