格隆汇2月20日｜打车及食品配送服务平台Grab Holdings公布第四季度业绩，营收为7.64亿美元，按固定汇率计同比增长15%，而市场预期为7.576亿美元；调整后EBITDA为9700万美元，同比暴增173%。期内按需商品交易总额达50.28亿美元，按固定汇率计同比增长19%。

展望2025年，该公司预期收入将在33.3亿至34亿美元之间，区间中间值低于分析师平均预期的34亿美元。

本月早些时候，有消息称Grab正与GoTo进行合并谈判，以期在合并后提升市场份额。Grab首席财务官Peter Oey对此表示，“不对媒体的猜测或谣言发表评论”，并补充说公司对并购的门槛非常高。GoTo则表示，没有参与任何有关可能的合并交易的讨论。
