　　据财经生活帮消息，山东启辰中科投资控股有限公司（简称“山东启辰中科”）及其全资子公司Qichen High-Tech Management Consulting Ltd．拟以2，175万港元收购香港上市公司中彩网通控股（08071.HK）的29%股权项目备案获山东省发改委通过。

　　交易完成后，山东启辰中科将成为中彩网通控股最大单一股东，山东启辰中科的实际控制人为郑明高。这意味着山东又将多一家香港上市公司。

　　郑明高，1972年出生，山东潍坊诸城人，目前是香港上市公司信达国际控股（00111.HK）的独立董事。根据信达国际控股2023年4月18日披露的2023年报显示，
