智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)早盘低开后持续下挫，现跌幅扩大逾38%，触及48.9港元接近上市首日低点。截至发稿，跌38.63%，报49港元，成交额6.08亿港元。
消息面上，据迈富时此前发布的公告显示，包括NB DIGITAL Evergreen Investment Limited Partnership、Jiaxing Hengjie Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)在内的多名现有股东的包禁售承诺最后日期为2月15日。据统计，迈富时此次累计解禁股数约1.12亿股，占总股本47.74%。值得注意的是，迈富时近期发生多次存仓异动。2月3日及12日，该公司分别存入富途证券国际香港2737.17万股及长桥证券香港902.43万股。
此外，迈富时日前公告，黄少东因工作安排调整及决定投入更多时间于其自身的海外业务而提出辞任非执行董事，自2月16日起生效。去年12月，迈富时宣布配股净筹超1亿港元，约70%用于营销和销售领域AI大模型技术的研发，包含训练Tforce营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台，以及智能体在场景的商用落地；约30%用于补充营运资金及一般企业用途。
