智通财经APP讯，迈越科技(02501)发布公告，于2025年2月19日，公司与 Vietnam Made Trading Technology Limited*(战略伙伴)订立不具法律约束力的合作协议(合作协议)。
根据合作协议，双方拟建立长期且互惠的伙伴关系，旨在有效整合资源及竞争优势，以促进越南和中国数字经济中的跨境人工智能云计算产业。各方致力于通过人工智能云计算的长期战略伙伴关系，在电子竞技及互联网接入服务领域进行深度合作。
具体而言，公司将协助战略伙伴在越南的电竞酒店、网吧及其他应用场景中，通过全方位的产品及解决方案实现业务、计费、运营、安全及云计算的全面赋能，并解决运营商在互联网接入服务、电竞硬体、网络及电竞环境中面临的常见问题，使运营商能专注于提升服务质量、丰富增值体验及优化客户运营。
人工智能产业具有广阔的发展前景和市场潜力，公司一直积极投资研发于中国的政府服务、教育、公共交通及商业领域的人工智能应用。董事会认为，通过利用公司及战略合作伙伴各自的专业实力及资源优势，包括但不限于彼等在越南的深厚人脉关系及客户基础，该合作将使公司能够扩大地域覆盖，更容易渗透至东南亚国家联盟(东盟)的国家，拓宽公司的收入来源，并为股东创造更大价值。
