宝龙地产：预期部分重组条件可能于2月28日仍未达成 重组计划将失效
宝龙地产在港交所公告，为使公司有更多时间达成实施重组所需的条件，公司已就建议将现有截止日期由2025年2月28日延长至2025年5月31日（建议延长）寻求计划债权人同意，并就建议延长向法院提交申请。经向计划债权人另行通知，持有现有债务工具本金额约68.56%的计划债权人已就建议延长提交投票，其中约50.77%表明支持建议延长。公司遗憾宣布，于2025年2月21日举行的聆讯上，法院驳回有关建议延长。根据公司目前可得的资料，尽管公司致力达成重组条件，惟本公司预期部分重组条件可能于2025年2月28日仍未达成。因此，重组生效日期可能不会于截止日期或之前落实，而该计划将于2025年2月28日后失效。
